Dry Effect

John was so great to work with!! We are in the process of selling our home and he was a huge help - he explained all the steps, how the readings work, and timelines for completion. We are moving out of state but will absolutely be recommending him to our friends and family in the areas they service.

I have only good things to say about this company! I had some issues in my kitchen, and one of their workers named John was beyond pleasant, timely, patient, thorough and made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen and made me feel at ease. I will definitely refer people to Dry Effect!

We had a great experience with Dry Effect. Josh came out to inspect some mold we were finding in the subfloor of our bathroom. He was extremely helpful in advising us what to do next and directly told us that we didn’t need their services. We are glad we chose Dry Effect and they’ll be our first call for any future needs.

Dry Effect is an incredible business and I cannot recommend them more. Unfortunately with all the weather we’ve been dealing with, I ended up with leaks in my condo due to an ice dam. My HOA was incredibly unhelpful and Dry Effect did everything they could to help me keep things dry and mold free. Antonio was an outstanding tech and he went above and beyond to be helpful, attentive, and to keep me informed. And the business itself had been amazing while I’ve been dealing with my HOA and insurance. I cannot thank Dry Effect enough for everything and thank you, Antonio for providing fantastic customer service. A+

2020: You would be hard pressed to find any type of contractor who was more customer service friendly. I called them in desperation on a Sunday when it was actually raining in my bedroom. They came, helped cover things and move things to prevent further damage then came back and addressed the damage. I feel they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They ended up removing most of the walls and ceiling and helped provide restoration. It looks wonderful. They honored their estimate of services to the penny. My adjuster indicated that they were one of the best companies he has worked with, being Allstate, I think that is quite a compliment. I would not hesitate to call on them again. I appreciate everyone who worked to get my house back in order. 2024. Again, kitchen broken pipe and Dry Effects to the rescue. I feel terrible that I wrote but did. To post my 2030 adventure with them. This company now twice has gone above and beyond and I would recommend them over and over again. They made it easy for me and so helpful. I paid my deductible and they worked with my insurance. My kitchen was a mess but they got it demo’d it, dried it and cleaned up, ready for reconstr
